Lower 48 States Shipping
We are shipping your items from Georgia. You can typically expect a 2-3 day delivery in the Southeastern USA. For destinations on the West Coast, please allow 7-8 days for delivery. We do offer expedited delivery options for extra cost.

Important NOTE: All shipping times are based upon the day they ship from our facility. This means that an item that Ships Next Business Day that you would like shipped '2-Day-Air' - if placed on Monday will arrive at your location on Thursday. This is especially important for items that we ship in 5-7 days. Be sure to add this time to your delivery expectations.

Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico & US Protectorates .We will need to ship your item by air.  If you wish to have your items shipped USPS, then please contact service@eVitalhealth.com for instructions on placing orders and the shipping rate. You can also visit The US Postal Service (USPS) to get an idea of approximate shipping costs (use our shipping zip code of 30040 and your receiving zip code). Read the delivery expectations in the passage above for a thorough explanation of how delivery times can be calculated.

Our Returns Policy
We are unable to accept open items for return, due to the nature of the products listed at eVitalhealth.com Unopened items that you would like to return, may be done so no later than 7 days after the items have been delivered. If you wish to return these items please contact service@eVitalhealth.com for instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Returned Items without an RA# will be refused. All Returns should be sent in a method that provides delivery confirmation. We will not be responsible for any items returned to us that do not arrive at our facility (insure your package or use United Parcel Service).

We'll happily correct any order that was incorrect, missing items, and also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Please note that we are unable to exchange items. However, if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact service@eVitalhealth.com for instructions. All claims relating to incorrect shipments must be made no later than 7 days after the items have been delivered.

Refunds
We are unable to accept open items for return due to the nature of the products listed at eVitalhealth.com You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase, usually within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return at our facility. If the refund is due to a shipping error by us, then we will refund your shipping charges for returning the items to us (RA# is still required.).

In order to be entitled to a refund of shipping charges, order must be shipped back to us UPS Ground Delivery. All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RA#). If you need to return an unopened item for return please contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). If your return is not due to our error, we will deduct the return shipping costs of your order from your refund.  On items that have unfulfilled performance guarantees, please contact service@eVitalhealth.com for instructions.

International Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Some international destinations prohibit the transportation of certain items. We reserve the right to refuse any transaction, domestic or international, for any reason.

We utilize the United Parcel Service (UPS) for all of our non-U.S. international deliveries. All international packages are automatically insured. On international shipments, you accept responsibility and ownership of the items after they are delivered to our shipping agents. Please understand, that international deliveries can take weeks (or longer). While we appreciate international customers, we are unable to offer any accurate delivery times.

If you are an international customer (outside of the USA and its territories and possessions), you will be contacted with the shipping charge upon receipt of your order. We WILL NOT SHIP until you have confirmed your acceptance of the shipping rate.

Please note that your country may impose tariffs and/or duty fees on your order depending on the items or the value of your purchase. These fees are unrelated to shipping costs and will originate from your country's Customs Bureau, but they will be collected by UPS prior to delivery. If needed, UPS will attempt to contact the person listed on the order's destination and notify him or her of any additional charges. For more information, please contact your country's Customs Bureau.

Delivery Time

All shipping times are based upon the day they ship from our facility. For example, a customer in California ordering an item that has an availability of shipping in 5-7 business days and then selects 'Ground-Delivery' may not receive the items for up to 15 business days. Placing Your Order
Placing an order with eVitalhealth.com is easy. There's no need to create an account first. You will have done that once you've placed your first order online. (We can also accept orders by phone at 678-947-9157).

Items
We are working to bring you more items than any other Life Improvement Store anywhere. Take the time to view our many items and when you find an item that interests you, click the title or name of the item to see its product information page. Here you will find more information about the item, including an availability estimate of how long it will take before the item will be ready to leave our distribution center.

Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart
When you find your item(s) click the "Add to Cart" button on the item's product information page. Once you've added an item to your shopping cart, use the the "Continue shopping" button to keep searching or browsing until your cart contains all of the items you want to order.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We utilize a shopping cart that requires that your browser be set to 'Accept Cookies' if your cart seems to have a hole in the bottom and items you add are disappearing, check your browser's security settings. Proceed to Checkout
Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. It is easy to adjust quantities When you're ready to place your order click on the "Check-Out" button in your cart, click the you will be taken to the first page of the order form.

Enter a Shipping Address
Tell us where you would like to ship your order. If you are shipping to an APO or FPO address this will be treated as an International Order - see section above for information on International orders. Your phone number is required for shipping purposes.

Select a Shipping Method
Consider how quickly you would like to receive your order, and choose a shipping method. You will receive an order confirmation e-mail after placing your order. If something is incorrect, contact us immediately. We'll consolidate your items into the fewest shipments possible. This means one item could delay your order. We will contact you if the delay is beyond the expected availability date (this is located on each items description page). Method of Payment
Next, let us know how you would like to pay for your order. We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and Visa Check Cards for online orders. You can pay via mail with a Money Order or Cashier's Check. Personal Checks are not accepted.

If you wish to pay with a money order, or cashier's check be sure it is denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. All orders must be prepaid. For Mail-In orders, complete the shopping cart and on the checkout page (the one that has the shipping fees included) and press print. We will send you tracking information on your order via email when it ships.

Availability
The availability estimate on each item's product information page refers only to how long it will take that item to leave our fulfillment center once you place your order. It does not include the time your order will take to reach you once we ship it. Shipping time depends upon the shipping option you choose.

Sales Tax
No Sales Tax, VAT, or any other fees are assessed on any order by eVitalhealth.com except for residents of the State of Georgia. It is your responsibility to remit any taxes owed to your local government tax boards.
